Saturdays dinners and Sundays Lunch Menu are held, throughout the year, with a degustation menu which changes every week, also according to the availability of seasonal ingredients.
The menu is anyhow always composed by:
Aperitif :
A glass of Torrazzetta Classic Method Spumante, white or rosè
(or homemade alcohol-free drink)
served with home made whole wheat flour Focaccia with smoked pork cheek and rosemary
Mixed Starters
Composed by a degustation of Italian cold cuts
and homemade Pickles
First dishes
A teste of two different home made dishes.
Some made with whole wheat flour and some others with white flour.
“Ravioli” (stuffed pasta dishes) are handmade
Second dishes
A teste of two different home made dishes with side dish:
Our vegetables and salads come from our garden
Dessert
As a dessert we usually serve our typical homemade cake : Büselâ!
This is a warm whole wheat flour fruit cake served with a spoonful of custard flavored with “Tordimonte” wine aside.
We anyhow also serve different cakes and desserts.
