The Farm


Torrazzetta’s far, biological since 1984, covers an area of approximately 40 hectares, 17 of which planted with vines, and the rest  with wheat, orchards and woods. From These soils are derived the raw materials for the production of wines, brandies, vinegars, honeys and jams for sale at the farm shop and flour for the production of breads and homemade pastries, both with white wheat flour and with whole wheat flour.

The company, owned by the Fiori family since 1934, which transformed its main cereal adress expanding the area cultivated with fruit trees but especially vineyard, has a wine production cellar able to transform the entire grapes production of the farm.
